SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

To make any change of the physical product, you can do it from the moment you received it, up to ten (10) calendar days after that date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before requesting a change, you must take into account the following:

1. The product cannot have been used.

2. The product must be returned in the original packaging.

3. The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

4. Products purchased on promotion have no changes, except for warranty.

5. You can request an exchange for a product of the same value.

The money refunds will be made in an amount identical to that deposited in our bank account, without any type of interest, compensation or other items.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Carrera 3 # 3-33 office 303, Sopó, Cundinamarca, Colombia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@diariossecretos.com and send your item to: Carrera 3 # 3-33 office 303, Sopó, Cundinamarca, Colombia.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our office in Sopó. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 1-3 business days for delivery to major cities, and 3-5 business days for orders to hard-to-reach areas (depending on location).
